Why do vegans need food processors? Of course others do too. But for vegans it is an essential kitsch appliance. And here is why. Non- Vegans, and vegetarians can easily use products such as cows milk, honey, binding agents such as eggs quite conveniently. But vegans have to be quite creative when they pick ingredients.
And quite often, they use nuts, oats and coconut to substitute for other products. And most of them tend to make their own oat milk, peanut butter and various other things that we usually buy off the shelf. Why do they do that? Most of the time, it is to prevent cross contamination.
If you are Gluten intolerant, like me, you would know that it is not the amount of gluten that messes your stomach up, it is that it was simply present! So to prevent that, you either have to be super careful and check everything on the label, or make it on your own. So going back to the food processor story- when you have a processor at home, you are able to make these products fresh, on your own and have control of cross contamination etc.
Have you noticed how vegans try to match the same consistency of food by using nuts such as cashews and almonds? And it is not possible to hand crush them. So we, SoNew asked a bunch of Vegans their number 1 choice, and this is what we got.
Number 1 choice was the Ninja 3-in-1 Food processor.

According their official website, this 3-in-1 food processor, multi-serve blender and personal blender can create anything from dips to drinks, dough to desserts.
